Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2, 2026

About these terms

These terms describe the general rules for using anantasharma.com and for discussing a potential software, backend, integration, or AI automation engagement with Ananta Sharma, based in Pokhara, Nepal. A project begins only after both parties agree to a written proposal or statement of work.

Project work

Each engagement should define its scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, timeline, fees, payment schedule, support period, and any third-party costs. Work outside the agreed scope may require a written change request and a revised estimate.

The client is responsible for timely access, accurate requirements, approvals, lawful data, and any third-party accounts or subscriptions needed for the project. No production change is promised until the relevant access and approval are available.

Payments, cancellation, and support

Fees, deposits, taxes, payment methods, cancellation terms, refunds, and support commitments are set in the written project agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, a call or enquiry through this website does not create a contract or reserve delivery capacity.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Ownership and licensing of project-specific work, reusable components, open-source packages, designs, and third-party services must be stated in the written agreement. Both parties should keep confidential information confidential and should not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive credentials through this website’s contact form.

Website use and third-party services

You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access restricted areas, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful or harmful material. The site may link to external services whose availability and terms are controlled by those providers.

No guarantee of results

Information on this site is general information, not a guarantee of rankings, revenue, delivery dates, automation savings, or business results. Specific commitments are made only in a signed or otherwise mutually accepted project agreement.

Contact and governing terms

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@anantasharma.com. Unless a project agreement states otherwise, these terms are intended to be interpreted under the applicable laws of Nepal, without limiting any mandatory protections that may apply to an international client.

FAQ

Clear answers before we build.

Short answers to the questions that usually come up before a project starts.

Book a free workflow call

Most businesses should begin with one clear, repeatable workflow. We add AI or agent behavior only when changing decisions or tool use creates measurable value.

Common starting points include lead intake, support triage, document processing, recurring reporting, CRM updates, notifications, and moving verified data between tools.

AI automation is the priority offer, supported by custom websites, web applications, mobile applications, NestJS and Node.js APIs, databases, queues, integrations, and real-time systems.

The discovery process identifies what can be connected through existing APIs, automation tools, or a small custom service before recommending a larger rebuild.

Production workflows need validation, permissions, logs, retries, monitoring, and human review for uncertain or high-impact decisions—not only a model call.

Bring one repetitive process or software idea. We will identify the bottleneck and decide whether the next step is no change, simple automation, a controlled AI workflow, or custom software.
